Privacy Policy

At ClearPath AI, privacy is not an afterthought — it is a foundational design principle. Our edge-first architecture ensures that all video and sensor data is processed on-premise at the property level. No footage ever leaves the hotel's infrastructure. What reaches our cloud layer is limited to anonymized, aggregated metadata used solely for SLA reporting and operational dashboards.

ClearPath AI does not perform facial recognition. Our computer vision models process corridor metadata — detecting obstructions, hazards, and service-level events — without identifying or tracking individual guests. We process spatial and temporal patterns, not biometric data.

We are committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data-protection frameworks. Properties deploying ClearPath AI retain full data-controller status. We act solely as a data processor under strict contractual obligations, processing only what is necessary to deliver our corridor-intelligence services.

Data retention is minimal and fully configurable by each property. Raw edge data is purged on a rolling basis — default retention is 72 hours — and aggregated analytics are retained only for the duration specified in your service agreement. Properties may request complete data deletion at any time.
